All bookings are non-refundable. Because your selected date and time are reserved specifically for you, we do not issue refunds for cancellations, no-shows, late arrivals, or unused time.

If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible to see if your booking is eligible to be rescheduled.

Yes, eligible bookings may be rescheduled based on availability. We recommend contacting us at least 24–48 hours before your scheduled booking. Last-minute rescheduling requests are not guaranteed.

No-shows are non-refundable and the booking will be considered forfeited. If you know you cannot make your reservation, please contact our team as early as possible.

Your reservation begins at the time you booked. Arriving late does not automatically extend your session because another guest may be scheduled after you. We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes early.

Guest limits depend on the package or experience you selected. Additional guests may require an additional admission fee. For birthdays, events, or larger groups, please contact us before booking so we can recommend the best package.

Yes! You're welcome to create content using your phone, camera, tripod, photographer, or videographer. Certain professional shoots, large equipment setups, or commercial productions may require advance approval or an additional studio fee.

Guests are responsible for damage caused by themselves or members of their party. Please do not move large furniture, props, equipment, or decorations without permission from a Let's Go Viral SF team member. Additional charges may apply for excessive damage or cleaning.

Event deposits and payments used to reserve a private date and time are non-refundable. If you need to change your event date, contact our team as early as possible. Rescheduling is subject to availability and the terms of your event agreement.

Yes! Decorations are welcome with prior approval. Decorations cannot damage walls, floors, selfie booths, furniture, or equipment. Confetti, glitter, open flames, and other difficult-to-clean items may require approval before your event.

Food and drinks may be allowed for select parties and private events. Please contact us before bringing outside food, catering, cakes, or beverages so we can confirm what is permitted for your reservation.
